Hey friend,
Thank you for considering us to come alongside your team — it's a trust we don't take lightly.
A little about us: we're Curvine and Candace, childhood sweethearts since we were six and married 21 years. We spent ten years as traveling evangelists and the past eleven in the local church. Today we serve in Pastoral Leadership at Victory Church in Atlanta, Georgia under the leadership of Pastors Johnson & Summer Bowie. Home is Atlanta, where we're raising our four kids: Lyric (16), Legend (14), Lion (10), and baby Levy.
Alongside Victory, we lead The Well Collective, a soul care ministry that helps families embrace Sabbath living and discover the values that hold a home together.
Whether you're looking to pour into the people who carry the load, or to bring clarity to your leadership and culture, we'd be honored to help you build something healthy and lasting. The questions ahead simply help us understand where you are and what you're carrying.
Hi, I'm Sarah Meier — Curvine and Candace's executive assistant. I'll be walking you through the rest from here.
The next few questions help our team understand your church and what you're carrying, so we can serve you and your people well. If anything comes up along the way, reach me anytime.
Tell us about your church and what's prompting this. This first step is simply an inquiry — no commitments, no cost.
Our team prayerfully reviews your inquiry and follows up by email to set up a conversation — so we understand your needs before we ever recommend anything.
From there we'll shape an engagement that actually fits your team — staff enrichment, leadership consulting, or both.
Helps us gauge travel if we need to fly in.
The best person for our team to coordinate with as we get this conversation started.
In case that's different from who's filling this out.
This helps us understand where to begin. Choose whatever fits best — we'll shape the details together.
"Some teams need their people poured into. Others need us in the room with senior leadership, working on the house itself. Many need both. Tell us where you are — we'll meet you there."
Things like core values, pillars, a vision statement, or a mission statement.
In your own words — what's happening with your staff, your leadership, or your culture that made you want outside help?
"Don't polish this. The more honestly you tell us what's going on, the better we can serve you. We've sat where you're sitting — there's no judgment here, only help."
A gut read is perfect. There's no wrong answer.
True transformation doesn't happen in one sitting — it takes rhythm, accountability, and time. We usually recommend a six-month journey to really begin discovering healing and lasting soul health together.
A range is perfectly fine.
A few required items are still open. Tap any one to jump back — your other answers are saved.
You're ready to send your inquiry. Tap submit below and our team will take it from here.
We're honored you'd think of us. Our team will prayerfully review what you've shared and follow up by email to set up a conversation. Keep an eye on your inbox — and your spam folder, just in case.
"Whatever God has stirring in your house, we count it a gift to be considered. We'll be praying for you and your team between now and the day we connect."
Believing God for great things,
Curvine, Candace
& The Well Collective Team
